A painting homepage is judged on photographs
LowerTown Painting Co. is a concept, not a client. The build was aimed at a trade where the work is the argument.
Painting is one of the few trades where a homeowner can judge the work from a picture. That cuts both ways. Good photographs sell the job on their own, and a page full of stock images tells somebody you have nothing of your own to show.
So the layout is built around the pictures rather than around the copy, with room for the kind of work Paducah actually has: older houses downtown, where the interesting part is the trim and not the wall.

Image-heavy pages are the easiest ones to build slowly and the easiest ones to leave unreadable to a search engine. Both are avoidable.

On a gallery-led site the images are most of the page. Described properly they are content; left bare they are a blank space to a crawler.

The map pack is where most of these searches end, and that is a local SEO job rather than a design one.
