Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the websites, the website-mockup generator, and the services provided by Sloans Websites ("we," "us"). By using the Sites or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We design and build websites and provide related marketing services (hosting, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup, missed-call text-back, and ad management). Specific deliverables are confirmed with you before any work begins.

The free mockup

The mockup generator produces a free, illustrative preview. Photos, copy, reviews, and social posts shown in a mockup are placeholders/samples — your finished site uses your own content. A mockup is not a contract and creates no obligation to buy.

Pricing & payment

• Get Online — $800 one-time build. Get Found — $1,500 one-time build. Both include $35/month hosting & maintenance.
• Missed-call text-back (Get Found) relies on a third-party texting service billed at a small monthly fee.
• SEO plans are $297/month, billed month to month with no minimum commitment, and include a free website build or redesign up to $1,500 in value.
• 90-day guarantee. If your calls and form leads have not increased in the first 90 days of an active SEO plan, we continue the SEO work at no monthly charge until they do. Increases are measured against the 90 days before the plan started, using Google Business Profile calls and website form submissions. The guarantee requires that we have access to your Google Business Profile and that the website we build or optimize is the live site for the business.
• Custom builds are quoted per project.
• Monthly services are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract — cancel anytime. Ad budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content/access we need to do the work, and to use the services lawfully. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business details and content you supply.

Ownership

Once your build is paid in full, the website is yours — if you ever leave, we hand over your files and help you move it. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and generator.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third parties (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting and texting providers) and are subject to their terms and availability.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to help you rank and convert, but search rankings, traffic, leads, and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
