A remodelling homepage gets read four times
Severns Valley Builders is a concept, not a client. The build was aimed at a slow decision rather than a fast one.
Nobody books an addition off one visit. They look, they leave, they talk to their spouse, they come back a fortnight later, and somewhere in there they open two competitors in other tabs. A homepage for this trade is not closing anybody. Its job is to still be standing on the fourth visit.
That changes what goes on it. Finished work, in quantity. How the schedule is actually run. Enough specifics that the second read finds something the first one missed.

Charcoal and clay. A builder is selling steadiness, and the warm neutral lets project photography carry the page instead of competing with it.
Web design Elizabethtown KY, decision by decision
Four choices, each one made for the fourth visit rather than the first.
How this homepage is built to be found
A months-long decision means the same person searches several times. The page has to be findable on all of them, not just the first.
Both of the searches this trade gets are in the title, and the thing that separates a builder from the next one is in the description.
Underneath it
A page per project type
Additions, kitchens, bathrooms and basements are four searches, four budgets and four sets of photographs.
A page per town
Radcliff, Vine Grove, Glendale. Elizabethtown is the hub, but the work is spread across the county.
Typed schema
Marked up as a local business with a service area, so the county comes through as more than a word in a paragraph.
A Google Business Profile pointed at it
The map pack is where most of these searches end, and that is a local SEO job rather than a design one.
